Meet our team we have years of experience with animals
Lucy has a National Diploma in Animal Care and BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour. She has over 15 year's experience as a professional animal keeper with a college working with a huge range of animals. She has also had many pets over the years, had passion for and wanted to work with animals for as long as she can remember.
Lucy is the main carer for your pets while they are with us and will agree with you a bespoke routine that suits your pet. Lucy is friendly, likes to learn and is passionate about education and environment.Hobbies: Walking and training the family dogs, nature, gardening, environmental issues, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Emma has a National Diploma in Animal Care and has always kept pets. She has over 15 year's experience as a professional animal carer from a pet shop and college background.
Emma has always had a passion and love for animals. Emma is our Home Boarder however she helps with the group walks and puppy socialising
Emma is passionate about animal welfare, likes to learn, quiet but friendly.
Hobbies: Walking, training the family dogs and reading
Alan-James has kept pets for about 10 years, he,s a cat person and enjoys the freedoms that come with keeping these independent animals. Alan has kept rabbits, spiders and snakes in the past; he suffered many bites off Angel when they first adopted her, but persevered.
Alan is our Facebook Administrator and is the most likely person to answer messages. Alan works full-time and enjoys the quiet life, he likes chill out with older, less energetic animals.
Alan is very friendly, funny and is our resident joker.
Hobbies: Listening to music, computer games and spending time with family and friends
Xander is a five year old Boarder Collie; he's currently putting his best paw to overcome his nervous disposition with strangers and other unkown dogs.
He enjoys playing "footieball," going on group walks with his "mates", playing with Teigan and Thomas. Xander is very affectionate with people he knows but is very nervous of other dogs and strangers.
Teigan is a very hairy family dog AKA "Noise maker", who spends a lot of time with us.
She's ball and toy obsessed; scared of cats she does not know.
Typically for a collie type dog she is also bossy and tells Thomas and Xander off; who both promptly ignore her, especially Thomas.
Teigan has her bronze KCGC, and likes showing off her tricks, going on walks, playing and taking off socks.
Thomas is quite shy but much laid back cat, he tends to take everything in his stride once he is used to it.
He's an excellent mouser or feet hunter depending on the weather. In the summer he enjoys sunning himself on the rabbit hutches, in winter he's usually found asleep either on a bed or dining room chair. If he can get away with it he enjoys spider watching.
He plays with Xander and they have become best friends.
Boudica is a very laid back Boa. She enjoys chilling in her humidity hide and basking. Boudica is a 8ft heavy bodied snake, but believes that she is an arboreal tree climbing species.
